James Oppenheim – The foolish man …

“The foolish man seeks happiness in the distance; the wise grows it under his feet.” James Oppenheim.

This quote by James Oppenheim reminds me that happiness is a state of mind and comes from within. The times in my life when I have been unhappy are normally when I am not displaying the me that I want to be. To become happy again I just remind myself of the things I am happy about by asking myself simple questions like

  • What am I happy about?
  • What have I learnt today?
  • Who have I helped today?
  • Who loves me?
  • Whom do I love? and
  • What is the next action?

I encourage you to record your own version of this quote with your own voice and put it into a “happiness attitudes” or “attitudes” playlist within Miaffirmations.

Here is a recording example I made for my own playlists.

Cheers

    1. Brilliant, useful and a godsend for people who want somewhere to park their thoughts and their goals, where they can replay them – and fire up their subconscious.

Are you ready for as breakthrough or more of the same? This program is a breakthrough in affirmation technology.
